Fix "b" in equations #29

From Jake: In equation 9, not sure about the b superscript. Is it necessary, it seems redundant and isn’t really described anywhere? The b also shows up in equation 26 and the v in equations 27 and 28. I find this superscript confusing but not sure how to simplify. Maybe, you could just go with Ea and Eb or EA and EB for eggs on algae and bottom which would get around all the superscripts and make things clearer. Similarly for proportion of the quadrat covered with eggs (not sure what that Greek letter is). I would be inclined to just use P for the proportion rather than another Greek letter.

I think this is sorted. I'm going to leave all these arcane Greek letters for now though.
