GitHub Actions fails `R CMD check` #30

R CMD check runs without errors locally, but the GitHub Actions check fails. See Issue #12.

People are working on including set up in the usethis package, so that's probably the way to go (in the future maybe; think I'll wait until it's not in the dev version of usethis): https://ropenscilabs.github.io/actions_sandbox/packageci.html#packageci

Maybe that's the way to go. I'm trying to set up codecov too but of course that's not working as well.

Error has to do with the Microsoft ODBC driver: nanodbc/nanodbc.cpp:1021: IM002: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified The requirement to use 32-bit R (to connect to the 32-bit database) could also be an issue. This is also affecting "test-coverage.yaml".

See https://github.com/grinnellm/SpawnIndex/issues/19, but I would like to keep the MS Access database, because that is what we use for herring data.
