Surface egg density should be 0 when egg layers is 0 #40

In dens_surf(), set egg density to zero when there are no egg layers (i.e., egg_layers = 0). Currently it returns egg density equal to alpha when egg_layers = 0: dens_surf(egg_layers = 0) [1] 14.698
