Sections 132 and 135 are in JS and SoG #5

Not sure how to resolve this, or if it's necessary.

This is related to needing a better way of specifying JS sections (111, 112, 121:127, 131:136). Currently they're specified in the function load_area_data (search for "TODO:").

One way to do this is by setting region <- "All" in DataSummaries, and then specifying sectionSub <- "JS".
