Change maps to latitude and longitude in degrees

• [x] Display maps in Longitude and Latitude in degrees (not Eastings and Northingsin km).
• [x] Remove the "Projection" footnote.
• [x] Remove "Units" comment in caption.
• [x] Enlarge Figure 2 (BC coast)?
• [x] Load all required map data from the "FIND" repo.
