Purpose of code changes on this branch:

Give the "Block this user" button a little more separation from the autoread 
settings. This should help prevent accidental clicks, plus just make the 
interface easier to understand. Fix suggested by [breenpet].

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:

Is this a good-enough solution? It's crude, but it seems to work fairly well 
across all the standard stylesheets. And it can be easily overridden if it does 
cause trouble anywhere.

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk
