Weird refreshing behavior in chrome - page refreshes the page whenever I hit the 1 key #272

How can we reproduce the problem?
1. Hit the 1 key
2. That's it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Anywhere in plans, hitting 1 seems to be refreshing the page.  This is obviously quite annoying when typing an update, but it also seems to occur everywhere else (Notes, the front page, other peoples' plans, the preferences page...)

This is not (just) a keyboard issue, as it happens on my laptop's keyboard and 
on an external keyboard.  And it doesn't happen in IE.

I think you're using PlansPlus, which does this by default. See the Chrome Web
