Add "supported HTML" below plan editing window

What feature would you like to see implemented?  Be as specific as
possible.
A lot of WYSIWYG editors provide a list of supported HTML tags.  I think
this is a great idea to teach people how to use these tags.  Despite
creating [help] many people still aren't aware of all the tags they can use.

I'd happily write the HTML to go below the editor if there is support for
this change.

Additionally, this would be great to roll out simultaneously to the
addition of the 2, 3, or 4 new tags I suggested in Issue 93
(http://code.google.com/p/grinnellplans/issues/detail?id=93).

What makes this a good use of development time?
Teaches people how to use plans better.

This'd be helpful. I know most of the code but still find myself checking 
[help] periodically. I run across people 
all the time who don't know how to create links or datestamps or even bold 
things.

I made a prototype of this and included some HTML that is proposed but not 
included
yet.  Do with this as you will.
