Fix Code, Add Additional Checks

Apologies for the big PR.

Added

• Makefile with a few handy commands.
• typos to catch spelling errors.
• pyright to catch type errors.
• pytest-xdist to run tests in parallel.

Fixed

• Integration tests with latest Griptape version.

Changed:

• Pinned griptape version.
• Github integration tests to use pinned dependencies.
• Github integration tests to run code checks (pyright, and typos).

Oh I missed this originally -- this needs to merge into dev first to validate before going to main (prod)
