Add Arabic translations for NearDrop

This pull request adds Arabic translations for the NearDrop application. It includes:

• ar.lproj/Localizable.strings: Contains Arabic translations for various strings used in the application.
• ar.lproj/Localizable.stringsdict: Contains Arabic pluralization rules for the string "NFiles".

These additions help make the application more accessible to Arabic-speaking users.
