Updated CXWrapper to 2.2.4 #53

CXWrapper has been updated to 2.2.4, some methods have been added (GetSignalBarsCount, GetConnectionState, GetStats). I've also fixed a crash that was occurring when trying to activate the I/O when no hardware was connected.

I did fix some of these myself but didn't push to github =/
