There are two methods
1) You may right click on the image panel that the scale bar is attached to. go to the "This Image" submenu which will include a "Source Image" menu inside of it. The "Set Pixel Size (Set Scale)" menu item will be able to do what you need.
2) If you use the Set Scale option in imageJ before creating a QuickFigures figure, that will change the media.
I will create a more convenient menu option, Thanks for pointing this out

Hi Mai, I have added a new way to change units. If you right click on a scale bar, there will be a "units" submenu in the popup menu that comes up. You may update QuickFigures now and check it out.
