Update for compatibility with NVDA 2023.X; is one coming? #2

I realize this may be as simple as a manifest tweak, but don't know that for certain. One of the members on the NVDA Group on Groups.io was asking about Quick Dictionary and whether it would become compatible with NVDA 2023.1, so I thought I'd file an issue officially to determine this.

This week I will fix my addons compatibility with NVDA 2023.

Please excuse me for not doing this until now.

In the case of QuickDictionary, there are also problems with one of the online dictionaries. I haven't looked into this yet, but I hope to be able to fix it soon.

Thank you for your incredibly prompt reply. Someone mentioned that you live in Ukraine, which had been mentioned in the past but which I had forgotten. I know that you and your fellow citizens of Ukraine have a lot more on your minds these days than NVDA add-ons.

I wish you all nothing but the best and for a quick end to the war and a return to normalcy.
