remove service worker that is no longer needed #8

Happy to wave goodbye to this, opting in to isolation is no longer needed.

Might need a service worker in future for fancy corners of the product (attachments? custom widgets?) but would be great if we can get by without one.

I considered it but in a quick test custom widgets weren't working for me just yet. Worth looking at, but separately.
