Represent license type in Classifier #18

This design theme is very great for me. I hope that this package will be available with a clear license.

In the Python Developer's Guide, select a license from the Classifier, you have to write the "License" when you can not cover. Please refer to the PEP 314 for more information.

I am pleased that this change will be merged and the next version will be published to PyPI.

@dsagal Please review my changes.

In reference to pypa/sampleproject/setup.py, I specified the mkdocs-windmil Metadata and dependencies.

This design theme is a Production/Stable
The license is distributed under the MIT License
Similar to mkdocs package, it is classified into Documentation and Text Processing
Installation of mkdocs is required to use this package

Also, this is a suggestion,This theme is fully completed.How about bump the package version to 1.0.0?
