add repo page editing link #26

Adds per-page repo editing as supported by https://www.mkdocs.org/user-guide/configuration/?#edit_uri

Formatting could be improved, just stuck it above footer to get it functional.

I realized the other place showing repo icon didn't include GitLab, and fixed by factoring out some repeated code, see here: #27.
