Fix footer alignment #40

Make its classes consistent with its sibling so that both content containers are centre-aligned with the HTML body.

Not sure if I need to create an issue for this, but I can of course do so if desired. Not sure if intentional, but it struck me as odd that col-md-12 was used when none of its ancestors had row or a container class.
