Not working with jquery version 3.4.* . Only working with version 1.7.1. #17

Hi, My website is fully developed with a newer version of jquery(3.4.1) but this pop box is not working with this version. When I clicked a button, the popbox opens and closes instantly. But with jquery version 1.7.1, it is working perfectly.

Will it not work with the newer version of Jquery?
