map local directory as remote #175

When the host that runs gricli has gridftp directories (for example NFS mount accessible via gridftp), it would be good to let users transfer these remotely. For example:

add fsmapping / grid://nz/nesi/uoa

gricli will use remote transfer to all local files

Is that really necessary given that this won't happen all that often and it would add quite some complexity. Also, this case would probably be covered once we have GlobusOnline integration....

Closing this for now, may reopen depending on how we progress with a strategy for file transfers.
