add view command help entry

Yeah, kind of my fault that it hasn't. I sneaked the command in because I find it so useful and we didn't decide yet how exactly we want to implement it. So this is the basic version of "view". If you are talking to users, you could also ask them what they think and how they would like to have this improved (paging, warning when viewing too big/non-txt file,...)
