Rubbish-named directories created #47

Looks like files with non-ASCII characters in the names are created. For example, one of them with the name 0�� had the following string in it:

ts=2011-06-21T01:07:31.528739Z id=10102 event=gram.query.end level=ERROR status=-156 uri=/16145864928962200271/576663433152328619/ msg="Unable to find job for URI" reason="the job contact string does not match any which the job manager is handling"

that is globus issue, not grisu or gricli. will fix it.

ahem. seems I haven't fixed that after all. But as I said, this is not gricli issue.

Yuriy - is this a logged/known globus issue? can you point us at the globus issue tracker for this issue, or email archive, or source code line, or?

not globus, this is related to our setup (changes they made in 5.0.4 are incompatible with current config)
