How to use in laravel 5.3? #14

I try to use this components in my app but i'm unable can u tell exactly how to use this i try this by the help of Ross Wilson who given on answer but its not solve its showing error and nothing i showing on my page

Why i'm getting errors

Uncaught Error: Module parse failed: C:\laragon\www\fresh\node_modules\gritcode-components\src\components\wizard\wizard.scss Unexpected token (2:20) You may need an appropriate loader to handle this file type.
