Make tags independent from the transaction direction

As a user, I'd like tags to be able to contain both incomes and transactions so that they better reflect my money movement.

For example: Presents as a tag could be used for both spending money to buy people presents and receiving money as a present. The app should reflect such possibilities

It's actually already possible to use an "expense" tag for income. It's only for convenience, so that you don't have to scroll through all your tags, when 90% are exclusively used for income or expense.
