Operating stage #463

Hello, is it possible to bring into HomeBridge also the cooling / heating stage and/or the fan speed / stage? This would enable more sophisticated controls

Fan speed is supported, you can enable showing it by following the instructions here: https://github.com/grivkees/homebridge-carrier-infinity/wiki/Configuration#thermostats

I'll leave this issue open to track the request to support showing cooling/heat stages.

config.txt Status.txt Grivkees, thank you for following up on the request. I do have enabled showing fan speed and indeed I can read it in homebridge and in homeassistant, issue is that the speed is always 33%. I think the reason is because that control indicates the "Override" speed, not the actual speed.

At the link you provided i read the following:

"Enabling the showFanControl option will show a HomeKit fan accessory that can be used to control the fan speed override of your system."

EDIT: see my status and config API responses. It looks like there is something that could indicate the actual fan speed. Some of the tags that I find very interesting to add to this integration .... staticPressure CFM blowerSpeed blowerActualCFM blowerCoolingCFM blowerHeatingCFM
