Output forceplate coodinate frames #79

What should be the improvement?

Not sure if its possible, but it would be great to get the forceplate frames, 
in the global.

Could you give more details?

Do you use Mokka? Do you want to know exactly the coordinates of the reference 
frame associated with each force plate? Or do you want to view the reference 
frame in the 3D view?
