Catch up support #15

Could you add support for catch-up?

I'll take a look at it when I get some free time. I've got a project I'm in the middle of that's been keeping me busy.

I don't see myself doing this but I'll leave it open in case someone wants to tackle it.

I am a bit of a n00b with github and a total hack as a coder, but I tried checking in this feature which works for me. https://github.com/grkblood13/m3u-builder/compare/master...steiny58:patch-1

before I can test this I need you to update to the master branch. It's looks like you submitted that based off the previous version that I released today.
