setup the communication between the nodes of wheel odometry #37

Odometry is not set up but the wheels are completely done, there were a bunch of things that happened in the process of getting it done, we tested the hardware, we checked the voltages we know that the motors move on 3.3 and 5 volts and we dont know how to use oscillospoe works properly, we havent done the pwm signal that well i think, but it moves front back, right, and left. with wasd and with q it stops
