Install Grml archive key to /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/ #2

This pull request changes the grml-debian-keyring package so that the key is installed directly to /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/. (This change was tested with Ubuntu trusty and precise as well as Debian jessie, wheezy and squeeze.)

This pull request also removes the currently unused file keyrings/grml-debian-removed-keys.gpg.

Please note that I removed the GPG signature on md5sums.txt since that file needs to be re-signed anyway.

JFTR: on lenny it's not enough to place the file, it also needs apt-key add usage, but for squeeze it's fine so let's keep it that way :)
