netboot.xyz, ipxe missing / future?

Currently netboot.xyz and ipxe.efi are always listed in the EFI boot menus, even when the files are not present.

• [ ] Decide if we want to keep installing them on the ISOs
• [ ] If yes, add them to grml-live.git
• [ ] See if there are other addons in the legacy boot path that are missing

Complication: if we ship them, they need to work for amd64 + arm64.
