Adding privacy info with a new registration page. #5

Hi Yonatan, As I was adding privacy info per issue #4, it seemed to make sense to have grouped with the registration instructions because there is so much overlap. Therefore I created a new "registration-info" page for both. Let me know what you think.

We can create navigation links to the registration page later once we are happy with the changes.

PS: Using master branch because develop seems to be out of sync.
