Description

The aim of the current PR is to provide the web application with the functionality of extracting, signing and importing certificates.

Addresses issue #85, (partly)#81.

This PR does not address subtask #63 of #85. @stevelaskaridis do you want me to go ahead with the merge and wait for a new PR addressing #63 or you prefer to update this PR?

@NicolasLiampotis: The part missing is in @pkoro's workflow and available to him, as discussed earlier. So, a new PR could be made for this functionality accomplishing issue #63.

Please merge the PR and discuss with @pkoro for further steps.
