OpenSSL::Netscape::SPKIError in CertificateRequestsController#csr_submission when creating CSR from Firefox #98

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Access through Firefox browser
  2. Select Create new certificate request (browser)

I can reproduce the problem, as well. It seems like you are getting High Grade in the params[:SPKAC], rather than the generated SPKAC.
