Search registered user by email causes 500 Internal Server Error #11

How to reproduce

  1. Register personal details (https://access2.hellasgrid.gr/en/register/registration_form)
  2. Specify email address of existing user (N.B.: Address in screenshot is provided as an example): accesscaportal-userregistration-searchregisteredusersbyemail
  3. Click Search accesscaportal-userregistration-searchregisteredusersbyemail-internalservererror

This specific problem seems to be related with the way the database has been populated from scratch for the new VM, which was accomplished by hand. I am using an old dump of the actual database for local development and the problem is not present there. Additionally, this VM is aimed for the access Hellasgrid website. As a result, the database will be substituted with the one currently in production. I expect no problem to be present there.

In order not to re-open the issue, in case things go wrong, I am keeping this particular issue open until the change to the production database of Hellasgrid CA.

This issue should also be checked against the SEE-GRID CA deployment where the portal database will need to be populated from scratch.

Agreed. We have to take a deeper look on that one.
