Failed formatting in checklists #16

If there is a glossary'd term in a markdown checklist, the formatting mistakes the checklist for the beginning of the term

Some text mentioning [GHEC](/docs/terms/GHEC.md)

- [ ] Now a checklist mentioning [GHEC](/docs/terms/GHEC.md)

While the normal use works flawlessly, being in a checklist item fails.

@Battleman the fix is released in v1.0.1. I'm closing this one, but feel free to reopen it anytime.
