Update CI to pin factory-boy to version 2.4.1. Tests should be fixed
to comply with latest version (2.5.1) in the develop branch.
cyclades: Change volume ownership on server-modify
Update snf-manage server-modify to change the ownership of attached
volumes of a VM. Also, reassign both the volumes and the server to the
system project of the new user.
