To put things into context, we run interviewer shadowing (two interviewers are assigned an interview, where one is the lead and the other - the shadow - is there as an observer) as part of interviewer training and would like to track its progress answering queries such as: "how many interviews did interviewer X had as a shadow?" As this might not be very common practice and therefore not built into grnhse, we figured temporarily assigning the shadow tag to interviewers would facilitate such queries. This ability can of course be extended to additional types of reporting/analysis.
