Cleanup shared memory pages after AC has shut down, not after content manager shuts down #96

Currently whilst Content Manager is running the AC(C) shared memory pages after you've quit Assetto Corsa will retain the data.

My request would be to clean it after the game(AC) has shut down and not after Content Manager shuts down.

Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione both use the same name for the static/graphic/physics pages which causes breaking changes in other 3rd party apps for Assetto Corsa Competizione to pick up AC data when Content Manager is still running after AC was exited.
