Multiple repeats of labelTypes in the dropdown button #13

labelTypes repeat four times in dropdown button.

take https://github.com/groakat/AudioTagger/blob/master/audioTagger.py#L99

out of that function and put it in the __init__ function. This happens because configureElements is called every time you change the wav file
