Frequency attributes calculated for labels incorrect #54

The frequency attributes (min and max frequency) that are calculated for labels on 44.1kHz, 192 kHz and 384kHz files are incorrect. 44.1kHz attributes are ~10kHz too high, 192kHz ~10kHz too low, and 384kHz ~90kHz too high.

The attributes calculated for 24kHz files seem to be correct however.
