Updated for NodeCanvas 2.3 and folder naming to match official integrations #1

Is the folder structure matching some official guide? as the original folder structure was matching that of the A*, FinalIK etc addons which all use the previous folder style.

No official guide, and I didn't try the third-party addons so I never noticed that structure, I went by the recently released/updated official integrations released by the NodeCanvas author at http://nodecanvas.com/resources/ , all of those are using 'NodeCanvas Integrations'
