Getting "Duboku Error" "Check log for more information"

Opening a new thread as issue seems to have come back.

Worked for a couple days and noticed the same error today.

Anyone else having the same issue now? I'm using on Android TV.

Can’t reproduce it. Perhaps you should try using google dns and see if there is any difference?

Having the same error last a couple weeks ago but I just reinstalled the add on and the error went away.

My Laptop Windows 11 Kodi 20.5 still encounter "Duboku Error" "Check log for more information" since early Feb24 despite update to latest 3.1.1 version. NO issue to watch from duboku.tv website, my Nvidia Shield TV or Android phone.

no issue if use chrome to watch at www.duboku.tv. Can't use Kodi to watch duboku (no issue if other repo) from window. If can't solve then too bad. Have to live with it.

Same error when loading on fire stick using Kodi 20.5 as of today. Was working last night with No problems.

Just turned on the fire stick on Kodi 20.5 using v1.1.3 and it is working again.

It’s hard to guess what the issue is from the comments. Is it related to the delay (ddos protection) from cloudflare or do you need to solve a challenge from cloudflare. The latter might be a bit difficult to implement.

Also, Exception() in get(…) usually means error fetching web page i.e issue with website or internet connection.

So I noticed the website goes from duboku.tv to https://tv.gboku.com/ when you select a show on the web browser, would the website change be the reason for the error?

Most likely not and it seems it no longer change the domain(?). I will see what I can do to solve it soon.
