I think, the pictures say more than thousands words. My blog in IE 11: screenshot 2

How it should be (here in Firefox 24 screenshot 3 )

I think, you can see the wrong view in IE 11.

I'm not going to make much progress on this unless you can provide the SVG file.

This could be many things, including - but not limited to - CSS styles on your site.

The issue is very old, I haven't this problem anymore.
