CIPL flasher shows that this installer does not support this model my psp model 
is psp 3004 03g firmware 6.60PRO-C

lol of course that wouldn't work because CIPL Flasher
is only for Fully hackable (PSP 1K-2K 01g-2g TA-088v2 Below Only)

if don't like to run the fast recovery every time you shutdown the psp 
completely

downgrade to 6.20 PRO-C + apply the Permanent Patch
