You should have read the instuctions carefuly before you tried to install CIPL.
The CIPL is only for PSP 100x and PANDORABLE PSP 200x. Moreover there were many
reports of bugged CIPL flasher in PRO-C, PRO-C.fix1 and .fix2 .

Maby this experience will teach to to read the freindly manual before you do
something unrecoverable again.

Man, it wasn't yesterday that I installed the PRO-Cfix2, it has almost 2 weeks,
when it was released.

My PSP is a 2000 with TA-085v2 motherboard, it's fully hackable and yes, I did
read the instructions carefully before installed CiPL.

The bugged CIPL issue was known since Jun 2, 2012.
If youc cant unbrick your PSP with a pandora service tool then you probably
damadged the IDstorage - as far as I know there is no way to repair the
IDstorage with methods similar to using the Pandora Tool.
