[Improvement suggestion] MS swap memory #487

We all know that PSP 1000 series have only half of the RAM memory that PSP 2K, 
3K and Go models have - and what follows limiting the devices capabilities like 
not being able to run PRO Online.

I think this could be solved by emulating the lack of RAM  using SWAP space on 
the Memory Stick like on some Unix OS or a pagefile like on Windows OS. 
Enabling this on more than just PSP 1000 might increase compatibility with some 
plugins as well as create an improved enviroment for some homebrew applications.

The memory stick takes too much time to be accessed: this is impossible to do.
