Added pester tests file #14

Simple pester tests for all of the 'Get-Registry*' of the internal functions.

Fixes #11

@clcaldwell I made some heavy changes last year to this and have not been back to this. Is this PR still valid after all my changes. I turned this into a PS module and I was going to publish it on the PowerShell Gallery here soon. Let me know and I can review and add in.
