Theme from theme-designer not working in designer. #118

After creating a custom theme in theme-designer, publishing it, and then adding the publish URL to designer configuration nothing changes. The theme just defaults to the grommet theme even though I have set it to my own. I am able to switch between the grommet and hpe default themes and see the changes, but not with my own theme.
