Expected Behavior

When going to dual calendar and clicking on a date than trying to click next or prev month it does not allow the calendar to change.

old way This was the previous version of how it worked

Actual Behavior

When going to dual calendar and clicking on a date than trying to click next or prev month it does not allow the calendar to change.

Steps to Reproduce

click on date
try to click next/prev month

Reopening, the changes in #6715 were reverted
