@gregfuruiye are we still planning to do this?

I think it would be helpful because folks continue to use toast incorrectly and as banner comes in, folks will also need some help in discerning what to use when. This was something Kenny was going to work on.

Once #2523 completes, we can then pull guidance together for this to help designers choose which kind when.
