Is this issue related to the design system core library or design system website?
Design system website
Expected Behavior
Just show an example of what the initial loading of a table would look like. Currently, it looks like the spinner would appear at the bottom of the list/table but that isn't intuitive for users who have performed an action and expects that the item is added to the top of the list, or if the table is syncing and is adding new entries.
Actual Behavior
Right now it shows spinner logo at the bottom of the list/table. This makes sense in a load more situation, but less so when new entries are being added or on the initial table load.
